Like many people locally, Ed Davey opposes the ULEZ extension this August - but the Mayor refuses to listen. So with ULEZ now going ahead Ed has written to Sadiq Khan - urging him to exempt Chessington and Hook - where there is a particularly strong case to stop ULEZ.
